Maria La Rosa is a label founded by the Sicilian stylist after graduating from the Milano Fashion Institute. She established her offices in Milano as well and the family business is currently run by her two daughters Alice and Lisa. Both ladies are very creative and have been bringing freshness to the collections ever since.
The Italian label Maria La Rosa stands for handmade bags, scarves, hats and...socks. They play with new fabrics and techniques, but also traditional methods (such as macramé, crochet and embroidery) are used. The inventiveness and creativity is certainly not lacking. Their eye-catching metallic socks are made of a silk mix and are in the sock drawer of no less than Rihanna, Scarlett Johansson and Beyoncé.
