girls of dust

The best ideas often arise 'out of the blue'. That's how it went with Rob Harmsen and Keith Hioco, when they came up with their denim label Eat Dust Clothing in 2010. Both worked in the creative sector and their shared love for heavy motorcycles, tattoos, rock 'n roll and jeans soon brought them to the concept of East Dust Clothing: a mix of denim, workwear and streetwear. Eat Dust' refers to the quality of the fabrics, but also has something rebellious.

Girls of Dust is the female counterpart of Eat Dust Clothing. In the collection of designer Aline Walther you'll find trousers, jackets, parkas, shirts, overalls and skirts in high quality fabrics. The collections are mainly produced in Portugal, in small family businesses where the employees are fairly treated and paid. The Antwerp brand attaches great importance to sustainability and therefore often designs seasonal collections.
